GraceKennedy Limited has advised that the Board of Directors at a meeting held on February 27, 2020, passed the following resolutions:
- “That interim dividend of 40 cents per stock unit be paid on 6th April 2020 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 16th March 2020. “
- “That the Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 16th March 2020 to 23rd March 2020.”
The ex-dividend date will be March 13, 2020.
GraceKennedy Limited further advised that the Annual General Meeting for the Company will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the GraceKennedy Headquarters, 42-56 Harbour Street, Kingston.
