1. Board Appointment:
Effective April 1, 2021, Mr. Peter E. Williams will be appointed to the GraceKennedy Board. Mr. Williams, who retired from his position as Partner of PwC Jamaica’s Assurance practice in 2020, has
four decades of experience in accounting, assurance and consulting services. Mr. Williams is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
2. Audit Committee Chair Appointment:
Effective May 26, 2021 Mr. Peter E. Williams will be appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, consequent on the retirement of Mr. Everton McDonald on the same date.
