GraceKennedy Limited (GK) has advised that on May 14, 2020, their Board of Directors passed the following Resolutions:
- An interim dividend of 25 cents per stock unit be paid on 15th June 2020 to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 29th of May 2020.
- The Company’s Register of Members be closed from the close of business on 29th May 2020 to the close of business on the 5th June 2020.
The ex-dividend date is May 28, 2020.
