Mr. Don Wehby, Group CEO Designate for GraceKennedy Limited, announced on June 21, 2011 his Executive Management team, effective July 1, 2011, the date when present Chairman & CEO, Mr. Douglas Orane, hands over to him the baton of Group CEO. As previously announced, Mr. Douglas Orane will on July 1, 2011 assume the position of Executive Chairman for a period of 1 year. The Executive Committee announced by Mr. Wehby will, as of July 1, 2011, comprise the following:
Don Wehby – Group CEO and Committee Chairman
Michael Ranglin – CEO GK Foods
Courtney Campbell – CEO GK Financial Group
Fay McIntosh – Chief Financial Officer
Karen Chin Quee Akin – Chief Corporate Secretary & Snr. Legal Counsel
Cassida Jones – Chief Human Resources Officer
Ryan Mack – Managing Director of Grace Foods UK Limited
Mr. Wehby also announced that Mrs. Fay McIntosh, Chief Financial Officer, would be retiring from the company on December 31, 2011 and that, as part of the succession planning process, Mr. Frank James has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer as of July 1, 2011. He will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of GraceKennedy Limited effective January 1, 2012. Other appointments announced by Mr. Wehby were: Derric Gregory who joined the Group in May 2011 as Chief Audit Executive and Catherine Kennedy who will take up the position of Chief Risk Officer, effective July 1, 2011.
