GraceKennedy Limited has advised of the following Board and Management Changes:
Resignation of Director
Consequent upon her retirement from the Company take effect on December 31, 2011, Mrs. Fay McIntosh, presently Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors effective December 31, 2011.
Retirement of Director
Mr. John Issa retired from Board of Director of the Company effective December 29, 2011, in accordance with the Company’s Articles, having reached the retirement age for Board members.
Appointment of New Group Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Frank James has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of GraceKennedy Limited effective January 1, 2012, succeeding Mrs. Fay McIntosh, he will be appointed a member of the Group’s Executive Committee as of that date.
