GraceKennedy Amended Articles of Incorporation

GraceKennedy has advised that at its Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company held on February 8, 2012 shareholders approved the resolution to falicitate changes to the Articles to allow the company to dispatch its annual reports in electronic format.
