At the Board meeting on March 27, 2003 it was resolved that the payment of an interim dividend of thirty cents per share be made out of franked income on May 16, 2003 to the shareholders on record at the close of business on April 30, 2003. The company’s register will be closed from the close of business on April 30, 2003 to May 7, 2003.
