Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has advised that that on September 7, 2012 it signed a share purchase agreement with Lascelles deMercado for the acquisition by the Guardian Group of Global Insurance Company of Jamaica Limited through the purchase of all the issued shares of Globe Holdings St. Lucia Limited. Further details of this transaction will be published in the press in due course.
