Guardian Holdings Limited has advised that at a Board meeting on July 31, 2013 the Financial Results were considered for June 30, 2013 and made a decision to:

1.       Publish these Half Year Results in the Press on August 12, 2013

2.       Pay an interim dividend on September 5, 2013.
