First Jamaica Investments Limited has advised that at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on August 12, 2010, Mrs. Kathleen A.J. Moss was appointed a member of the Board of Directors and also to the Audit Committee where she was appointed Chairman replacing Mr. Roy Collister.
Also at the aforesaid meeting, Mr. Ian Parsard was appointed a member of the Board of Directors and also a member of the Audit Committee.
