On September 12, 2012, FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited advised that Mr. Rolf Phillips, Managing Director of Retail Banking and Small Business, went on early retirement which took effect immediately. Mr. Phillips was replaced by Mr. Daniel Farmer, Managing Director of the Barbados Business. Mr. Mark St. Hill, the Director of International Wealth, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the bank`s Barbados business.
