First Caribbean Int’l Bank (FCIB) – Interim Dividend

At a Board of Directors meeting held on June 10, 2005, an interim dividend for the fiscal year 2005 will be considered and if thought fit, a resolution passed approving the same. It is intended that the record date for the payment of the dividend will be June 20, 2005 and the payment date July 1, 2005.
