First Caribbean Int’l Bank (FCIB) – Dividend

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of FirstCaribbeanInt’l Bank held on December 8, 2004, the directors have declared that a final dividend of US$0.0125 cents is to be paid on January 20, 2005 to common shareholders of record as at December 8, 2004. Also a final dividend of US$0.021 cents is to be paid on January 20, 2005 to preference shareholders of record as at that date.
