First Caribbean International Bank Limited (FCIB) has advised that Ms. Francesca Shaw has resigned as Chief Financial Officer effective February 11, 2011. The Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Kiyomi Daniel as the Interim Chief Financial Officer effective the date of Ms. Shaw`s departure. FCIB also advised that Mr. Peter Steenveld has resigned as Chief Marketing Officer effective January 31, 2011.
