The Board of Directors of FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited (FirstCaribbean) has advised that at a meeitng held on June 8, 2012 Mr. Brian H. Clarke was appointed as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Clarke fills the role previously held by Mrs. Ella Hoyos, who as previously advised, is now FirstCaribeban’s Managing Director Human Resources.
