First Jamaica Investments Ltd.(FJI) – Dividend Declared

On June 2nd, 2005, the Directors declared a second interim dividend for the year 2005 in the amount of 16.5 cents and a special dividend of 13.5 cents per stock unit. Both dividends are to be payable on June 24, 2005, to stockholders on record as at June 15, 2005.
