First Jamaica Investments(FJI)- Dividend Declared

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 18, 2006 the  Directors declared a Third Interim Dividend for the year 2006 in the amount of 20 cents per stock unit payable on the 22 September 2006, to stockholders on record as at 8 September 2006.
