First Caribbean International Bank(FCIB): Dividend Declaration

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Thursday, December 14, 2006, it was resolved that a final dividend of US 3cents will be paid on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 to common shareholders of record as at Saturday December 30, 2006.
