First Caribbean International Bank (FCIB): Declaration of Final Dividend

The Board of First Caribbean International Bank Limited will at its meeting on November 22, 2006 and pursuant to Section 106 of the Barbados Companies Act, Section 114 and the Jamaica Companies Act , pass a resolution to set a record date of December 15, 2006 for determining the shareholders of the Company who will be entitled to receive the dividend, to be declared by the Board at its quarterly meeting on or around December 15, 2006.  After the setting of the record date the Company will publish a notice of the record date within five (5) days of the meeting in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and the OECS where the Company’s shares are listed.
