FCIB Notice of Material Change

FirstCaribbean Bank Limited has advised that they have appointed independent director Mr. David Ritch as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Michael Mansoor as director of the board based on the vacancy created when he resigned as the Bank’s Executive Chairman on October 31,2013. The Board has also appointed Mr. Brian McDonough the company’s executive Vice President, Risk Management, he is to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the former director Mr. Brian McDonnell who resigned on December 12,2013.
