At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 29, 2011 it was resolved that Tuesday December 13, 2011 be the record date for common shareholders listed on the Registrar, for the purpose of declaring a final dividend for the year ended October 31, 2011 for FirstCaribbean International Bank Limited.
