Express Catering Limited (ECL) Remuneration Committee Appointments

Effective January 18, 2024, Professor Andrew Spencer and Mrs. Charmaine Maragh have been appointed to the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Professor Andrew Spencer will assume the role of Chairman of this committee.
