Express Catering Limited (ECL) has advised that they acknowledge receipt of the JSE’s letter dated July 26, 2021 relating to the 45-day extension for filing of Audited Financial Statements. ECL further stated “We are grateful for this extension as they are having delays associated with the continued upgrading of our ERP system. This is further compounded by COVID-19 challenges.”
ECL also advised that “We are however making all efforts to have the Financial Statements completed and submitted to you before September 13, 2021.”
