ECL ANNOUNCES OVER-SUBSCRIPTION AND CLOSURE OF SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS DUE 2026 BOND IPO
(Kingston, Jamaica) Express Catering Limited (“ECL”) announces that its Bond IPO has been oversubscribed and its Board has chosen to close the subscription lists early on March 1, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.
The Basis of Allotment of Senior Unsecured Bonds Due 2026 will be published on the Jamaica Stock Exchange’s website at www.jamstockex.com.
