Eppley Limited (EPLY) has advised that there will be a delay in the filing of the Company’s 2019 Annual Report. EPLY advised that the delay is as a result of the impact of COVID 19 and the disruptions in business operations.
EPLY anticipates that the Company’s Annual Report will be submitted by May 29, 2020.
