Eppley Limited has advised that for compliance with recent amendments to the Jamaica Stock Exchange Main Market Rules, its Audit Committee has been reorganized as follows:
- Mr. Byron Thompson was appointed as an independent member of the Audit Committee effective January 5, 2024
- Mr. Nicholas Scott has resigned from the Audit Committee effective January 5, 2024
Mr. Scott’s resignation is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other issue impacting the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
