Elite Diagnostic Limited (ELITE) – Audited Financial Statements

Elite Diagnostic Limited (ELITE) has advised that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 20, 2018, it was agreed that for this first year of listing on the Junior Market the company will submit its audited financial statements within 90 days of the close of the company’s year end. Elite further advised that in this regard, the audited accounts will be submitted on or before 30 September 2018.
