The Company wishes to announce that the unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ending June 30, 2005 will not be available for the release at August 31, 2005 as previously indicated. The delay has resulted from the loss of the company’s information technology system in the months of July and August and the subsequent loss of critical information for those months.
The Company is making all efforts to reconstruct the relevant information so that the statements can be prepared.
The company is requesting another extension of time in order to file the documents.
