The Company apologizes for not submitting their Annual Report in the specified time under rule 409.
However they are unable to submit the Report because the Audited Financial Statements for Dyoll Group limited were not submitted until April 2006, thirty days later than the time specified in the Rules.
As a result of the lateness of the Audited Financial Statements the Company requests that they be given 120 days from April to submit the Annual Report.
