The Offer for Sale made by Finsac of 16.1 million ordinary shares in Dyoll Group Ltd. to Dyoll’s existing shareholders is scheduled to open on December 1, 2003 and close on December 12, 2003. The record date for this Offer for Sale will be November 14, 2003, while the cut-off date, at which point the Registrar to the offer will determine and finalize the number of ordinary stock units registered in each shareholder’s name, will be November 12, 2003.
