Dyoll Group Ltd.(DYOL)- Board Movements

Mr. Paul Bicknell has been appointed CEO of Dyoll Group Ltd. and Dyoll Insurance Company replacing Mr. Stephen Twaites in both roles. Also, Grace Kennedy & Company, AIC Group and Dyoll Group are in discussions with respect to an alliance involving Jamaica International Insurance Company and Dyoll Insurance Co. to create a larger, stronger provider of insurance services in the Caribbean. Paul will lead and manage the operations of Dyoll Insurance Company through this process, working closely with the teams from Grace, Kennedy and AIC.
