Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that the submission of their Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2019 will be delayed.
DCOVE further stated that their auditors advised that DCOVE should be able to submit the financials no later than Friday, March 6, 2020; therefore, the Company is seeking an extension for the filing of its financial statements.
