Dolphin Cove Limited (DCOVE) has advised that the Company’s 2019 Annual Report and the results for the Quarter ended 31 March 2020 are delayed as a result of the closure of their operations on March 20, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the necessity to furlough some team members, with others working on rotation with reduced working hours.
DCOVE anticipates that both financial reports will be submitted by Monday, June 15, 2020.
