Dolphin Cove Limited has advised that at a meeting held on March 1, 2012, an interim dividend of four (4) cents per share was declared for all shareholders on record as at March 13, 2012 and payable on March 30, 2012. The ex-dividend date is March 9, 2012.
In addition, Richard Downer was appointed to the board of directors with effect from 29 February 2012.
