D&G Appointments & Resignation of Directors

 

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Desnoes & Geddes Limited held on October 28, 2011, Messrs. Cedric Blair and Mauro Caneschi were appointed as members of the Board of Directors. Also, at the aforesaid meeting, Mr. Patrick van Schie resigned from the Board of Directors.
