As of 1st February, 2007, Desnoes & Geddes will undertake the distribution of certain spirit brands in Jamaica owned directly or indirectly by D&G’s ultimate parent, Diageo plc, including Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff and Baileys.
D&G believes that the distribution function will complement the various marketing activities, which it currently undertakes for its brands and will lead, therefore, to enhanced promotion of the products.
