Derrimon Nine Months ended September 30 2019_Final_v4
The following amendments were made to the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Nine Months period ending September 30, 2019:
- Note 3 – The table at Note 3 under the heading “Basis of consolidation of divisional accounts” was not correctly showing the percentage ownership of Woodcats International Limited as at December 31, 2018. The correction has now been made to reflect 100% ownership.
- Note 6 – correction made to Authorized & Issued Share Capital. The corrected information now states 7,400,000,000 for Authorized Share Capital and 2,733,360,670 for Issued Share Capital.
- Note 7 – under Changes in goodwill, the information has been updated to show the details for the years 2018 and 2017.
- Statement of Changes in Equity – unit of dollar value now inserted to represent thousands (‘000).
- Statement of Profit & Loss and Comprehensive Income – the Group’s three (3) months period ended September 30, 2019 has been inserted.
