Derrimon Trading Company Limited (DTL) has given notice to the Jamaica Stock Exchange that the Company has redeemed early, as of March 5, 2021, all of the Company’s 9% Cumulative Redeemable preference Shares due 2021.
DTL further advised that the Company has made an application to the JSE to have DTL’s 9% Cumulative Redeemable preference Shares due 2021, delisted from the JSE.
