Desnoes and Geddes Ltd. (DG) – Financial Statements

Desnoes & Geddes has a 30 June year end. The Company has agreed that the Audited Accounts will be available within 60 days and will be forwarded to the Jamaica Stock Exchange by 31 August 2006.

In this regard the 45 days, 4th quarter release will not be submitted on 15 August 2006.
