Desnoes and Geddes Ltd. (DG)- Dividend

As recommended by the Directors the second interim ordinary dividend of 30 cents per stock unit paid in June 22, 2004 be and is hereby declared as final making a total oridinary dividend paid in the year of 55 cents inclusive of the first ordinary dividend of 25 cents per stock unit earlier declared and that no further dividend be paid in respect of the year under review.
