Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited has advised that Mr. Jorge Diaz has resigned as director from the Board effective May 6, 2009.
Mr. Diaz also served as a member of the Audit Committee. His resignation was not related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting on the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
