Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited has advised that Mr. Andrew Cocking has resigned as a Director of the company, with effect April 3, 2012. Mr. Cocking also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. His resignation was not related to any disagreement in respect to accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other material issue impacting the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
