CPJ Declares Dividend

At the Board Meeting held on December 23, 2013, the Board of Directors of Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited declared an interim dividend of $0.03 per stock unit payable on January 31, 2014 to shareholders on record as at January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014.
