The Directors have decided to propose at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 4, 1997 that a Final Dividend of eleven cents per share, less income tax be paid. This dividend, if approved, will be paid on October 7, 1997 to shareholders on record as at September 19, 1997 on the share capital prior to the Bonus Issue.
It will also be proposed that the authorised share capital of the company be increased from $18 million to $24 million by the creation of 10 million new ordinary shares of fifty cents each.
