Courts Jamaica Ltd. (CRTS)- Appointment

The Administrators of Courts PLC, the parent Company of Courts (Ja) Ltd, have appointed Corporate Advisors, Rothschild and KPMG Corporate Finance as joint financial advisors for the Group’s overseas business and assets. The Financial advisors have been appointed to consider options available to the Administrators as it relates to the overseas business located in the Caribbean, South East Asia, the Pacific and the Indian Ocean territories.
