Courts Jamaica Ltd. (CRTS) – Board Change

Effective May 5, 2005, Mr. Nigel Blake resigned from the Board of Courts (Ja.) Ltd. and from the position of Chairman of the Board. A new Chairman will be elected at the Company’s next Board Meeting which will be held later in May 2005.
