Consolidated Bakeries (Jamaica) Limited (PURITY) has advised that the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr Vincent J Chang, retired from his duties effective, November 14, 2019.
Mr Anthony V Chang will assume the Chairmanship and will continue to carry out duties of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
The Company also announced that the following Directors were not re-elected to the Board effective November 14, 2019:
• Mr. Tom Chin
• Mr. Keith Collister
The Company notes that the following Directors have been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective November 14, 2019:
• Ms. Lamar Harris
• Mr. Marshall Ogle
Both Directors are non-executive and independent.
