Stocks and Securities Limited has advised that the Invitation for the Subscription for 51,805,171 ordinary shares of Consolidated Bakeries Limited at the price of $1.88 per share was oversubscribed by 6.39% as of 14th, November 2012.
A total of 483 applications covering 55,113,000 units valued at J$103,555,820 were received and processed for this Initial Public Offering (IPO). Of this number, 125 applicants covering 20,722,000 units received 99.99% of the total allotment requested.
Public Pool: Application up to 150,000 received 100% allotment and applicant >150,000 were allocated approximately 80%.
