The Jamaica Stock Exchange’s newly appointed Company Secretary, Ms. Roxanne Hutchinson, goes through the JSE’s Rules with Mr. Andrae Tulloch, Chief Regulatory Officer (Acting) and Mr. Richard Grizzle, Market Surveillance and Compliance Officer (center) of the Regulatory and Market Oversight Division. The occasion was a Company Secretary Orientation that was held at the JSE on Tuesday April 18, 2017.
