Caribbean Metal Products Ltd. (CMP)- Audited Financial Statements

The Directors of CMP Industries has taken the option to file its fourth quarter results within 45 days of the year ended March 31. 2007 and the audited Financial Statement within 90 days after the year end. Providing there is no unforeseen circumstances the Audited Financial Statements will be submitted on or before June 30, 2007.
